How To Kick Someone’s Ass (for real)

Violence should always be avoided wherever possible.

But when there is no way to retreat or avoid violence, you need to do what is necessary to defend yourself.

That may mean bitch-slapping some drunk punk until he screams, or it may mean ripping a terrorist’s face off and smashing his windpipe.

Either way, here are a few Master Keys for your mind-sword:

1) The Use-Of-Force Continuum (meaning: Force Equal to Threat)

Only use the amount of force necessary to neutralize a threat.

For example: if a Haymaker gets thrown at you by Big Joe the Drunk, you don’t need to smash his face in.

You can simply slip under, come up with an uppercut to his gut and wind him, and maybe a swift shin stomp o give him something to think about while you make a graceful exit.

Most violent altercations will end up in a court of law and you will need to justify your actions. Anything beyond reasonable self-defense could end you up in jail, so don’t over-do it!

2) The Flinch Factor

If you’ve ever been punched in the face and had that flash of pain and tasted your own blood, along with the adrenaline rush and fear, you know exactly what I’m talking about.

It’s in this moment your fate is decided – will you succumb and be defeated – MAIMED or KILLED, or will you press forward and overcome?

The flinch moment is the moment of truth, because all plans and daydreams go out the window when you get hit in the face.

You will either succumb to fear and pain and be torn apart, or you will use your pain as a weapon and press forward and prevail!

Sparring in training is great to prepare you for this, and makes you a stronger person inside and out.

3) Never stop Moving

Don’t freeze up like a deer in the headlights the moment you are hurt, shocked, panicked, or in pain.

Move, Move, Move!

The moment you are Violently Attacked, you must Attack Your Attacker until he is either on the ground, begging for mercy, or running away in terror.

Hold on to your mind-sword: fall back on your training and knowledge!

4) Hit Hard where it Counts

You can flail and wail and waste your energy and efforts, or you can FOCUS YOUR STRIKES ON DEVASTATION TARGETS.

A headbutt can be a cannon-ball to your attacker’s face, and a smash to the nose and a swift hard brutal Kick to the Balls can end it quickly, even if your opponent is bigger and stronger.

5) KEEP YOUR HANDS UP!

I’ve seen so many people leading with their face, I wonder if they trained to use their face as a weapon to hurt their attacker’s fist! LOL

Keep your hands up, and your chin tucked (tucking the chin protects the throat)

6) ATTACK!

Once you are attacked, your defense must become a furious attack. Treat it that way with destroying the attacker as your objective.

Your objective is NOT to avoid getting hurt!

Your objective is to HURT your opponent enough to STOP HIM.

7) Keep Your Emotions Out of the Game!

Don’t ask “why” is this happening?”

Instead ask “How” can I HURT THIS MFER?!”

No matter how Big, Strong, or Scary they are – do NOT focus on that.

Only Focus on HURTING them.

No matter how big or strong a man is – I don’t care if it’s the Hulk – they have soft/sensitive targets – eyeballs, throat, Balls, teeth, fingers, etc.

Focus on SMASHING the Soft/Sensitive Targets!

8) Be Relentless!

Don’t stop when you feel Pain and Fear, and don’t stop until the threat is neutralized.

Keep attacking until your attacker can no longer proceed with is attack.

Well that’s enough for today.

Listen.

The Bottom Line of EVERY Violent Altercation is THIS:

The Victor is the one who FINISHES the Fight.

The END of the Fight is the Result Itself.

If YOU Finish it, YOU WIN.

If your Attacker Finishes it, HE WINS.

It really is that simple.
