How To Instantly Intuit the Answer to Any Problem

A few years ago my lower back kept going out. It was bad. So bad, in fact, that one time all in the same day I went to a chiropractor and a masseuse, and a Doc for a muscle relaxant – something I NEVER do!

I don’t like drugs of any type! But it was so bad I couldn’t stand up straight and I could barely walk. The pain was debilitating! Now, as many of you know I’m a VERY fit guy and an accomplished martial artist. So, why did this happen? And why has it happened more than once?

And that, my friend – ASKING “what do I need to learn from this?” – was the golden key to Instantly Ending My Back Pain Forever!

What do I mean? Am I delusional? No way.

You see, a wise man by the name of Bruce Lee once said “when you understand the root, you understand all of it’s blossoming.”

I saw that this “back problem” was nothing more than an EXPRESSION, or an outward “manifestation” of what I was on the inside. The ROOT of the problem was INSIDE of me – inside of my spirit. The back pain was only a symptom of an internal disharmony or imbalance.

Does that make sense?

So, I “went for the root.” Let me tell you something very important: Human nature tends to “avoid” rather than “confront.” That’s why term “he’s in denial” is so commonly used. Any problem you have in life, the way to Instant Victory over it is to confront it.

Now, please take note that “confronting” and “blowing up”are two very different things. True confronting means “going right for the root.” It used to be called “going for the throat,” or “taking it head-on.” Taking life “head-on” means you never waste time being BS’d by others, or, more importantly, BS’ing yourself – which is the case most of the time. Indeed, we can be our own worst enemy.

Through a small series of steps I’ll describe in just a minute, I “grabbed the root and yanked it out.” The back pain was it’s “blossoming.” Now that the root is dead, you can bet it’s blossoming died on the vine very quickly.

You see, we spend our lives “pronated” – that means “bent over or unnaturally extended” – over the computer as we type and read email, over our desk as we talk on the phone, when we sit and lean forward to watch something exciting on TV, or when we drive a car.

Even I, the martial arts and life mastery guy that loves to kick ass and get things done, got so busy I neglected these elements was unknowingly pronating myself. I CREATED CONDITIONS for my back to go out.

This led to another “pot of gold” question. “Where else am I creating conditions for failure? And, how can I create conditions for more success?” Unknowingly Creating Conditions in a state of pronation is a “moving imbalance.” Most people spend their whole lives that way. They may never have their back go out, but their life is always “going out” or just not working as best as it could. This “spiritual pronation” is a Devil!

And, it is the master of disguise and subtlety. Most folks don’t “know” that they are unnaturally overextended, that their mind’s eye has been captured and fixated, and they don’t “know” mastery.

Think about it: does a fish know it’s wet? Of course not! A fish does not “know” about dryness. So therefore, he doesn’t know he’s wet. That’s why we developed the Warrior Energetics course .

All of a sudden you “see” – your inner vision is given back to you.

After watching the DVDs, you can “understand the root” and so you instantly discover how to change the “blossoming” – the symptoms, the manifestations, the results.

Let me put it in street ninja language: You Learn To Dominate Life Like A Pit-Bull!! So, how did I end my back pain forever?

Here’s The Golden Secret: I went into my “Martial Mastery Achievement Sanctuary” by following these steps (and of course, “Always Consults Your Doctor Before Beginning Any Exercise Program”)

1. Get Alone In A Quiet Place where you will not be distracted

2. Sit on the Ground “indian-style” where you are rooted on firm ground close to the earth, not on some soft man-made device

3. With Your Eyes Closed Breathe Deeply and Calmly into your lower belly (about 6 inches below your belly button)

4. Let Your Thoughts Fly By And Away (do not “grab” a thought and run with it – just keep letting each thought fly by like a bird in a blue sky. Do not “force” thoughts away – struggling with them is “grabbing” them and remaining attached to them)

5. Enter into the state of “Mushin” – which means mind/no mind. It’s a way of “emptying the mind” which leads to a total awareness in which nothing can hide from you.

6. “Satori” or “Spontaneous Enlightenment” can occur at this point. From this place of calm and quiet, you can contact “your higher power” or “high self”

7. Now, Ask The Question. The Answer will pop up like a bubble coming up from the bottom of the water!!

If you don’t quite understand this entirely, that’s OK. I demonstrate it live on the Warrior Energetics DVDs and take enough time to explain it in a few different ways so that even a 3rd grader could understand it, and a rocket scientist would still love it!!!
