"Dear Scott,
Your DVD series is aimed at men and it seems obvious you have a sexist view of strong "warrior" women. I have been a cop for 15 years. I train cops in Defensive Tactics, Physical Training, Firearms and Officer Survival. I have fought with and arrested some big, nasty, hard-core men and won.
I admit most women are frail barbie-doll wimps and should not enter law enforcement or the military, because their parents were too ignorant to raise them with strength, power and self-esteem.
I certainly don't want to put any more money in the pockets of someone who is promoting the same ignorant, sexist bullsh-t. Get wise and grow up, there are a few strong female warriors out there. In Challenging times, do not shrink from the Challenge - instead Charge Forward to meet it and overcome it!

Ever notice how sometimes you're doing great, and it almost seems easy to get MORE of whatever it is you're doing great at?

Then something happens and you begin to feel sad and shrink back. Then you notice you're no longer doing so well, and what once seemed easy now seems much harder.

You've probably heard "success breeds success" and likewise "failure breeds failure" So how do you break the cycle of failure and get back to the cycle of success?

It's simple. You JOYFULLY AGGRESS.

Get back to the Beginners Mind, back to basics and start having fun with agressing, instead of fearing aggressing (also known as approach avoidance)

Note to critics and haters: of course I do not mean violent physical aggression, you complete bozos I mean aggressively pursuing your goals, dreams and passions with confidence and stubborn persistence.

Joyful Aggression should be anchored in and fired-off at will whenever needed.

YES imagine having the ability to Feel Powerful AT WILL. How then might you act differently? Probably be alot easier to close the deal on a sale, or convince someone of something good for them, wouldn't it? Absolutely.

You'll soon find yourself prevailing if you follow this simple yet powerful formula that applies to almost any worthy undertaking.

To your success,
Scott Bolan

Eat How Many Times a Day?

"My only question is: how often does Scott Bolan eat daily?"

-Julie

I eat according to my energy. About six small meals a day. Mostly protein, lean beef, chicken, fish, vegetables and fresh fruit with a little carbs (not much). Lots of distilled water, and some fresh juice and milk. An occasional glass of wine. No soda or junk except once in a blue moon (maybe once every two or three months)

I don't avoid fat. The fat scare is a lie! Eat carbs (zero fat) and I get fat. Eat fat and I get lean. I turn the food pyramid upside down.

Whatever I eat, it is in SMALL PORTIONS, never larger than the size of my fist. That way it doesn't slow me down, and my body can absorb it.

I never inhale food at social functions. I never eat everything served to me at a restaurant, I always leave the bread alone, leave the chips alone, and eat only what my energy tells me is okay to eat. I eat slowly so I am eating with awareness and not on automatic!

As with every good thing in life: By Design, not by default.

Love and good eating!
Scott Bolan
